E - dollar, the new scam in rise?

I hate to say this but I think e-dollar.pl is also turning into a scam as well.For the recent days I noticed that the number of advertisements are on a rise,that may sound nice,but there is a flip part as well.The advertisements are loading but you are not getting paid even after watching them for 30 seconds.I thought that it is a technical problem at first.But,the problem persisted for a week.The bad thing is I already earned some money in the site and I think I am loosing it all.The problem is still on and it is likely to continue.I must say that it is a new way to cheat your members.
